Q. When can we put out hard rubbish?
A. Please contact the building manager who you advise you on how to dispose of hard rubbish. Do not automatically put out hard rubbish if you see other rubbish on the street as it may have been dumped there illegally. Illegal dumping can result in fines and cameras in and outside the building can identify who has placed the items there.
Q. Why is there no gas bill?
A. Gas is covered in the body corporate fees, however you are charged for hot water use from our provider Origin Energy
