Moving in and out procedure

Please see the attached document for detailed instructions and please note the following:

•All moves must be booked with building manager

All goods must be moved via the car park, not through the entrance foyers. This is to ensure damage to the building is minimised. Cameras in the foyer will monitor movements.

• There is no loading bay in the building and removalist trucks are not permitted to enter the car park at any time.  Removalist trucks can only park in permitted spaces on the street (preferably on Whiteman st for ease of access to the car park).  

• Parking spaces on Whiteman Street are now metered. If you need time beyond the metered time, you can obtain a permit. Reserved parking permits may be obtained from the City of Melbourne, if desired. https://www.melbourne.vic.gov.au/reserved-parking-permits
